Dorothy's Food Education

We have a new microenterprise that offers personal instruction to those who want to receive a Food Handling Safety Certification.  Recently, new regulations with respect to Food Handling Safety certification have gone into effect in Monterey County - it is the Implementation of SB 602 (Food Handler Card). All people handling food in the Food Service Industry must have this Certificate. Those interested in live instruction from a trained chef and online certification, all in the same two hour session, should contact us for enrollment.

Our courses are conducted by an instructor that is bi-lingual in Spanish. Courses are held in the CSUMB Community Learning Center at 22 Soledad Street in Salinas.
